Spectrobes.
What is a Spectrobe you ask? It’s more of a when then then a what, but it’s a thing. Now that I’ve gotten you confused I can start to make sense. Spectrobes is a Buena Vista/Disney game that will soon be available on the Nintendo DS. The game is centered in the future the setting takes place on planet Jupiter. Basically in a nut shell the game is about some evil alien guys trying to take over the planet. The good guys the Planetary Defenders or something, plan on using the arch enemies of these aliens as weapons. Unfortunately the enemy of these aliens has been extinct for ages. So it’s your job to use assortment of tools to dig and scrape these fossils from the planet, dust them off and reanimate them. The game features over 50 different types of monsters that can grow and branch off into over 100 different types. These monsters can have equipment which makes for over 500 different creatures to play with. It’s not a Pokémon clone it’s something truly unique.
