Pokémon Diamond and Pearl US Starter names
Pokémon Diamond and Pearl have been out for a good while now and people have been asking that oh so famous question. What are the starter Pokémon going to be and what are their names? Well we have the answers for you. Please note these are the official names of the Pokémon as mentioned by Nintendo, they are: Piplup, Chimchar, and Turtwig. Piplup is a blue penguin that is the new water starter Pokémon of the Diamond and Pearl franchise he is small but dangerously cute. Chumchar is of course going to be the fire type of the new bunch it has “char” in its name, remember our old buddy charmander, this can’t be a coincidence. Last but certainly not least there Turtwig. It is a plant based turtle creature who will take the place of former grass Pokémon, Treecko, Chicorita, and Bulbasaur.
