Baby Gifts & Baby Shower Favors
So, I’m planning our post baby shower, since we opted not to have an actual baby shower before the baby was born, and the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that we will get a ton of baby gifts! This may be a good thing for most people, but I have to be honest - our apartment is loaded with gifts already and I cannot find room for everything anymore!Everyone that visited brought amazing stuff! One of my favorites was the baby footprints kits! What a precious idea to preserve your baby’s tiny footprint and frame it for years to come! Anyway, so we are planning our “post” baby shower, and I am amazed at all the possibilities and options that are available out there. From birth announements to party invitations and thank you cards, the choices are limitless. Also, baby shower favors have come a long way with such unique and interesting concepts. It truly is soo much fun planning this get-together with friends and family.
People were a bit surprized that we opted to skip the traditional shower, but I am in a way very glad we decided to do it this way. Having a baby is such an exhaustive experience and the first few weeks can be absolutely delirious, it’s nice to know we have a “party” to attend and be around adults fo a few hours!
