ZINK Imaging
What would life be like if there was some way you could print images from your digital camera or cell phone without the use of ink? It would be a hassles process if there were no bulky cartridges and ink requirements. Well there is good news in the tech world, a company named ZINK has been able to make ultraportable printers that fit in the palm of your hand, and the company claims that its printers can even be made small enough to be integrated into mobile phones. This new technology was presented in California during a coming out conference for technology companies that had ran from January 30th through February 1st. You are probably wondering how this works, well the trick of ZINK is to use special photo paper. Each sheet of paper will have microcrystals embedded in it. The ZINK printer heats the paper causing the crystals to reveal color. Well you are probably wondering when we will be able to get our hands on one of these machines, the company expects to launch mobile printers and fully featured seven megapixel digital cameras with ZINK printers inside by the end of the year.
