Diet Debate

The diet and weight loss industry is a huge, ever expanding sector continuously driven by the ever growing demand for weight loss related products and services. In 2005, in the UK alone, almost 871,000 prescription items were dispensed for the treatment of obesity compared with just over 127,000 prescription in 1999 (an increase of almost 585%). Diet pills however are just one method of loosing those unwanted pounds – ideally an effective weight loss diet can provide a healthy and maintainable method of loosing weight. Diet Debate is a new website that reviews a number of popular diet plans by providing an overview of each diet (combining the positives and negatives of each) as well as a vote poll. Each vote poll allows the user to provide their own, unbiased opinion of each specific diet hence allowing new and returning visitors the ability to assess which weight loss diet is most suitable for them.

With a growing range of diet reviews including Atkins, Beverley Hills, Blood Group, Body Boost, GI, Gluten Free, Heart Smart, as well as popular services such as Slimming World and Weight Watchers, the Diet Debate website provides an excellent overview of the pros and cons of each diet allowing dieters to make a truly informed decision on which diet to try next.
